Welcome to Daily Rudiments ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Service Description

Daily Rudiments is a drum practice and music education application available on iOS and Android platforms. The App provides:

• Drum rudiment sheet music and practice materials.
• Practice session tracking and progress statistics.
• Metronome functionality for tempo-based practice.
• Optional premium subscription features.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account using one of the following methods: email registration, Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, or WeChat Login.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App.

3. User Conduct

When using the App, you agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, other users' accounts, or our servers.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or its infrastructure.
• Upload, transmit, or distribute any harmful code, malware, or disruptive content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
• Use automated tools or bots to access or interact with the App.

4. Intellectual Property

All content available through the App, including but not limited to music scores, images, text, logos, and software, is the property of Daily Rudiments or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App's content without prior written consent.

5. Subscription and Payments

The App may offer premium features through subscription plans ("Pro Membership").

• Subscription fees are charged through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellation of a subscription does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
• Pricing and available features may change. We will notify users of significant changes in advance.
• Refund requests should be directed to Apple or Google, as applicable, per their refund policies.

6. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content provided through the App.
• The uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the App.
• The suitability of the App for any particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daily Rudiments and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if:

• You violate any of these Terms.
• Your use of the App poses a security risk or may harm other users.
• We are required to do so by law.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@sikeii.com or using the in-app account deletion feature.

9. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with the revised effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitute acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
