Request Account Deletion
At Daily Rudiments, we respect your right to control your personal data. If you wish to
delete
your account and all associated data, please follow the instructions below. This process is irreversible.
Warning: Deleting your account will permanently remove all your practice history,
statistics, custom settings, and subscription status. This action cannot be undone.
How to Request Account Deletion
To request the deletion of your account and data, please contact our support team via email:
- Send an email to support@sikeii.com.
- Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
- In the body of the email, please provide:
- Your registered email address or phone number.
- The approximate date of registration (if known).
- A brief statement confirming you wish to delete your account.
Please note that email requests may require additional identity verification and may take up to 7 business
days to process.
Types of Data Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed from our active databases:
- Account Profile: Username, email address, phone number, avatar, and password hash (if
applicable).
- Practice Records: All practice logs, duration statistics, and speed tracking data.
- User Content: Any custom practice items, wish list items, and rewards associated with
your account.
- Subscription Data: Your association with any active subscriptions will be removed
(note: you may still need to cancel recurring billing directly through the Google Play Store or App
Store).
Data Retention
Upon confirming your deletion request, your data is immediately marked for deletion. It will be completely
removed from our backup systems within 30 days pursuant to our data retention policy.
Some non-personally identifiable data (e.g., anonymous crash reports or aggregated usage statistics) may be
retained for analytic purposes to improve our service.
